Offering: I own and occupy the home. The apartment is 1200sqft and very conveniently located in the center of Bayonne. There is a master bedroom, yard, & washer and dryer, and ample storage space. No deposit is required but please have references. The room will be available on May 15th. It has two closets which provide ample amounts of space for clothing & storage. There is also a room in the center of the apartment to be used as a shared pantry & storage area. There is a large yard and a washer/dryer in the basement. Utilities are separate but we'll split them.
