Chill, responsible girl looking for a studio, 1 bedroom, or 2 bedroom entire apartment (not just a room) near Everett, WA.
Max budget $1,850/month (flexible depending on condition, amenities, and number of bedrooms). Prefer something clean, move-in ready, with decent kitchen, parking, and laundry. Utilities setup would be a big plus.
I’m reliable, clean, keep to myself but easygoing. I have A-typical income via inheritances and can pay multiple months at a time depending on the situation. i'm also a newly self employed web and app developer
