Private room in Century City

Hello,

Looking for someone to take over my month-to-month lease for a private room starting June 1st. This is a 2b1b apartment in Westwood/Century City, shared with 1 male roommate who is a 25 yr old PhD student at UCLA.

The room is very spacious -- I was able to comfortably fit my king-sized bed, small couch, and my desk in here. The living room is big as well and we currently have a TV and couch as shown in the pictures. Apartment is in short walking distance of all the shops along Westwood blvd (Sprouts, Bristol Farms, restaurants, etc), and is around a 10 minute bus ride from westwood village & UCLA.

We have 1 assigned parking spot (free) and the roommate doesn't drive so this would be yours if you have a car. There is also free street parking all day and night.

The rent is $1442/month and utilities are around $70-$100/month. There is a security deposit of $1397. If you are interested or have more questions, please message me! Thank you ~~
