* 2 blocks to beach, 10 blocks to Main St Huntington Beach
* 2 bedroom / 1 shared bathroom
* Shared garage with some storage space
* Plenty of street parking * Small, well-maintained complex with on- washer/dryer
* 2nd floor unit with a balcony
* No pets, please
* Female preferred. 🌿 About Me: I’m 40 and work as a teacher during the week and occasionally bartend on weekends. I like keeping a pretty active, balanced lifestyle - gym after work, beach cruises, hiking, snowboarding, camping, and concerts when I can. I also really enjoy cooking and having a calm, comfortable home to come back to. 🌸 What I’m looking for: I’m looking for someone who is: * naturally clean and respectful of shared spaces
* cleans up after themselves right away (kitchen, bathroom, common areas)
* contributes to keeping shared areas generally tidy and comfortable
