It’s located at the end of a quiet road, ensuring peaceful sleep away from city noise. The House & Amenities: Main Floor: Living room, laundry, half-bath, and a bright kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, and ample cooking space. Comforts: Includes A/C for summer and a backup generator. Outdoor Space: Two decks overlooking the valley/mountains, a firepit, propane BBQ, and storage sheds. Location: Ideal for adventurers—23 mins to skiing, surrounded by trails/rivers, and 31 mins to downtown Seattle or UW. Logistics: Costs: First, last, and deposit required. Utilities (Xfinity, propane, etc.) are split, averaging $70–$130/month. Lease: 12-month preferred; month-to-month considered for winter season seekers. Pets: I have a well-behaved dog (who joins me at work). Per HOA, no other pets preferred. Furnishings: House is furnished; the bedroom is not. About the Roommates:
