The apartment is in walking distance of King Soopers, Dollar Tree, Panda Express, Starbucks, and other shopping area's. I am a quiet, introverted, full time worker. I would appreciate a roommate who is also quiet, cleans up after themselves, and has great hygiene. You won't have to worry about me bothering you, I work overnights and sleep in the day and keep to myself. We'd rarely see each other. I would need to see your I.D. and proof of income.
