Looking for one female roommate in a 3-bedroom home. Starting April 15th, 2026, move in. Home is central in a beautiful neighborhood. Home is clean and quiet. - $925 per month (Utilities Included) - 3-bedroom /3bathroom single family house - Gated pool, lounge area, restroom areas - 2-car Garage & lots for parking - The neighborhood is quite clean and landscaped daily. - Just a walk to the hiking trails, bike trails, Deems Hill Park, dog parks, fields, etc -5 minutes from the main Peoria CCV campus, and Peoria's Lifetime Fitness. I am out of the house between school (nursing student), work (Beauty business owner), and weekend activities, so the house is quiet most of the time. I am pretty introverted at home, and extroverted at work so it is my haven to relax at home. We just would like the same. Someone who also works and shares similar goals, is clean and tidy, and thinks resourcefully as we share rent and save money. -No drugs, no smoking, no alcohol, no loud parties, as this is a more peaceful space and area.
