ROOM AVAILABLE- STUDIO CITY Hey there! I am an Emerson Alum (2024). I am looking for someone to take my roomate's place in our lease as she is moving out in one month. I absolutely LOVE our place. It's in a really darling part of Studio City close to Aroma Cafe. Convenient for walking if you don't have a car too! Price for her room is 1495/month. This is negotiable as well as room selection. There is parking, a really spacious living room/dining room and kitchen. The building is great and everyone is friendly.
