Four bedroom home with large backyard, located in Chula Vista near Southwestern College. We are a short drive from Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, Target. Easy street parking, respectful neighbors. You would be renting a private room with a shared bathroom. Common spaces— kitchen, living area indoor/outdoor, laundry units. In the backyard we have many fruit trees, a goose, space for exercise (aerial silks, trampoline, rowing machine), and lounging areas. Your roommates:
Mark, owner, enjoys time in his Hawaii home or traveling the world with his partner Gail. Casandra, roomie, spends days enjoying the many things the city has to offer and loves days under the sun. You and Casandra will share a bathroom. We also have one fur occupant, a friendly doggy named Bobby who loves long walks and will accept cuddles any day of the week.
You, future roomie, a single occupant who is clean, respectful, enjoys a calm flow and is harmonious. The vibe:
