Rent: $1232/month Deposit: $2464 Location: Palms, Los Angeles Lease: month-to-month with option for 12 month lease starting in June The apartment is cozy with a decent backyard (super cute full of plants and lights) and located near lots of walkable cafes, grocery stores, restaurants, & bars About the space: • private bedroom • shared bathroom •parking spot included! •garage space for surfboards/skateboards etc • laundry in building (quarters)/ gated parking spot/ AC in common spaces/ dishwasher / decent outdoor space • unfurnished room • one cat lives here (his name is Oli) About me: I’m a musician, student and bartender working evenings, generally pretty chill at home. I value a space that feels calm, respectful, and communicative. I’m friendly but also appreciate downtime and personal space. My other roommate is a music producer.
