Hey there, I’m renting out a spare little room I have here in my home! The house is located by Tropical & Decatur close to the 215 & 95 for convenient commuting around the city. Quiet neighborhood, with shopping centers nearby.
$800 is the price with utilities included.
You do get your own bathroom however, you’ll have to share a fridge unless you decide to get your own 🤷🏻♂️
