Hi, my name is Joe and I'm looking for a roommate in Koreatown starting May 1st. The apartment is a corner unit on the top floor with amazing views of the city and Hollywood hills. There are numerous restaurants and stores within walking distance and a metro station just across the street. There are also 2 hotels on the block so there is always security around so the area is safe. The room is available May 1st with the security deposit of $1,000. About the Room: Approx. 11 x 14 ft with 10 ft ceilings
