Hi! My best friend/roommate is moving out at the end of July, and I’m looking for someone to take over her. It’s a newly renovated 2 bed / 3 bath apartment in one of the most desirable, highly walkable areas in LA. The location is amazing — you can walk to grocery stores, tons of restaurants, and the gym. You really don’t need a car here (though the apartment does come with a garage parking spot if you have one). Rent: $2,400/month
• Security deposit: $2,400 (one month’s rent)

• Utilities typically ~$145/month (up to ~$170 in summer) Your room: • Fully furnished + decorated • King sized bed • Large walk-in closet • Private ensuite bathroom The entire apartment is fully furnished and decorated, so I’d prefer someone who doesn’t have a lot of additional furniture or belongings.
