Hi 😊, I'm a 26 year old working male professional looking for a new flatmate to stay in Glasgow. The flat is located at 11 Kent Road, G37BL under a very responsive landlord.
The flat boasts a very convenient location for those with or without cars. One room available with an ensuite bathroom (750pcm) utils not included. Feel free to refurnish the room as needed.
- 5 minute walk to the Charing cross train station
- 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop
- 12 minutes walk to KelvinGrove Park
- Tesco under flat and nearby lidl available - council tax band F and epc of B
- WiFi connection in the unit.
- equipped with gas heating - parking spot available in garage
- Move in date late March/early April.
