Looking for roommate to move in a few months! Flexible move in date, but aiming for June 1st. This house is in BROWNSVILLE. Rent is $450 with water included. Electric, WiFi and trash split. Nice outside deck and outside shed for storage. Open carport that fits two cars. Common spaces fully furnished. No smoking inside and a washer and dryer unit inside. I’m a barista in my mid 20s who works mornings/afternoons in Springfield with an active social life. Ideal roommate would be social and fun, clean and values clear communication.
