I am looking for a roommate to fill a fully furnished bedroom (feel free to bring your own furniture if preferred) in a townhouse that is located in a great neighborhood in Arvada, not far from Olde Town. Utilities and Wifi are included. Parking is available in the back. The residence has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, one full bathroom, 1/2 bathroom. I’m an easygoing roommate that often times works from home. I’m very clean. I do not smoke. I love to cook and am more of an early riser than a night owl. I am very respectful and want anyone renting the available room to feel completely at home.
