My friend and I just signed a lease on a full 3 bed / 2 bath house in Outer Sunset, and we’re looking for a third roommate to join us starting April 1. The room: • $2,000/month • utilities not included, estimate around $100/month per person • either the green room or blue room upstairs is available • shared bathroom with one other person About the house:
It’s a detached single-family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and about 1,403 sq ft. The place has hardwood floors, an eat-in kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, garage, driveway parking, and easy street parking. The garage should be great for projects, a home gym, surfboard storage, etc. Location:
Amazing Outer Sunset location — about 2 blocks from Ocean Beach, near Devil’s Teeth, close to Gus’s and the co-op grocery store, around 8 blocks from the weekly farmers market, and convenient to Muni, the park, and lots of restaurants. The listing also notes it’s close to local shops, restaurants, parks, and transit. About us:
I’m 34, male, work in tech, and spend most weekdays in the office in San Carlos. I’m also currently studying for a software degree. Outside of work, I like to cook a lot, golf, go out, garden, do woodworking/projects, and I travel pretty frequently. My roommate Zach is 29, male, works as a nurse, and is into surfing, eating healthy, exercising, and gardening. He’s also trying to convince the house to become home to a sauna and cold plunge setup in the backyard. We’re both easygoing, quiet, very clean, and respectful of shared spaces. We’d love to find someone in a similar situation who wants a chill, clean, friendly home. We’re open to living with anyone — mostly just hoping to find someone who’s a good fit and ready to move in at the beginning of April.
