Spanish-style house with high ceilings, a large dining room, full kitchen, and comfortable living room. Outside, there’s a Koi pond and garden that looks like a Tchaikovsky film at night—quiet, dramatic, and cinematic. The available space is a modern 500 sq. ft. suite with its own private entrance. One shared bathroom for two people; I rarely use it. A/C, heat, and high-speed internet are included. I usually keep alkaline water, toilet paper, and other basics stocked. I’m gradually turning the place into a smart home, including whole-home audio—good for watching films, anime, listening to records, or working on creative projects. Ideal for someone who’s an artist, actor, musician, or generally works in the arts. I’m straightforward and not petty about dishes or day-to-day things as long as it stays reasonable. I don’t do drugs, I don’t smoke, and I’ve mostly stopped drinking, but I’m fine with moderate, respectful drinking. Small hangouts are fine; big parties are not. There are other tenants upstairs, all people I know, each in their own unit. I have three cats, so you’ll need to be okay living with animals.
