Me and my roommate are looking for a roommate to sublet for March- April 25th. Can move in immediately. Rent is $1,100 Total (From now (March) through April 25th. Utilities: •Gas and Wi-Fi: approx. 55/month per person • LADWP (electric/water/trash): 1[REDACTED]60 per person every two months (varies by season) Location: We’re in a great area with amazing restaurants nearby, within walking distance to grocery stores and CVS, and close to bus stations if you don’t drive. If you do drive, there is plenty of street parking available. About Us: We are respectful, responsible, clean, and communicative. We value a peaceful home environment and tend to mind our own business. We’re looking for someone with similar values who plans to stay long-term.
