On a beautiful, tree-lined block in prime Park Slope, located on 3rd Street between 7th & 8th avenues. Just two blocks from Prospect Park, and a short walk from the Park Slope Food Co-op, the Brooklyn Public Library and the Grand Army Plaza farmers market. Laundromat, post office, hardware store, and restaurants are all within a two-block radius. Transportation:
The F and G trains are about a 10 minute walk away on 7th and 8th Avenue.
Additional lines (Q, B, 2, 3) are accessible closer to Flatbush Avenue. Two R train stations are also relatively close by on 4th Avenue at 9th Street and Union Street.
B67 and B69 bus stops are on the corner. The B63 is two blocks away on 5th Avenue. The Housemates:
