Upstairs is separate from the downstairs so you’ll have a private entrance. Upstairs includes the living room and kitchen. Downstairs has another bathroom and laundry. It’s a large flex space ~600sq ft that can be arranged however you would like Upstairs roommate is a 29 year old woman. Preference for 24+ &/or LGBTQ+ friendly roommate. 420 friendly $950/mo single person or $1,050 for a couple
