2nd Floor Townhouse – Room for Rent

Looking for a reliable, easy-going roommate to share a 2nd-floor townhouse! I’ve just moved in and am currently furnishing the common areas, so you’ll be joining a fresh, evolving space. ​The Space ​Private Bedroom: Completely unfurnished—a blank canvas for your setup. ​Near-Private Bathroom: You’ll have primary use of the main bathroom (shared only occasionally with guests). ​Layout: Technically a 3bd/2ba, but the third room is the dedicated office/gaming space. ​Rent: $575/month (Base rent).
​Utilities: Internet and utilities are separate. I’m happy to sit down and figure out a "flat" predictable monthly total so there are no surprises for your budget. ​Move-in Fee: A one-time $30 registration fee required by the landlord. ​A Little More Detail ​Since I just moved in, I’m still getting the place dialed in. I work from home and game occasionally, so the vibe is generally chill but productive.
​Regarding Laundry: The unit doesn’t currently have a washer/dryer. I’m making it a top priority to purchase a set ASAP, but in the short term, we’ll be using a nearby laundromat. (1-2 months max)
