Townhouse in Grandview Heights

Hi, my name is Kat. I am a 23-year old cobbler looking for a housemate! I have a townhouse with an empty room in Grandview Heights! Nearby is Loops, Chambers Bouldering, Cycle 614, Sweat Box, Kroger, and OSU campus is very close. There is a washer and dryer in the basement and hardwood floors throughout the first and second level. There is original tile in the shower/tub combo. You will need to have all your documents and checks approved by April 1st but the 12 month lease doesn't start till June 1st, however, my previous housemate moved out early and you can move in anytime after April 1st if needed, you will just need to pay my roommate for rent until June 1st. There is one paved parking spot behind the house along with room along the side road to the parking spot to park several cars. If you have guests over, there is also room to park across the street at Kroger. We only have a neighbor on 1 side since we are an end unit. A cat or dog is allowed for an additional fee, but I have no pets myself. Your room is on the second story and it has two windows and a small walk-in closet. The bathroom, my room, and a small linen closet are also up there. The main floor has a kitchen, a coat closet, and a living/dining room! Other than your room, the rest of the home is furnished and lovely! I am very accommodating and respectful and if you are the same, we will get along swimmingly.
