Currently have one (1) bedroom available from April 1, 2026 on our first floor. Room is available for showing by appointment after meeting, but plenty of time for planning, and ideally to meet to make sure it will be a good fit.

Tenant(s) must be ok with cats! Don't have to be allowed in the bedrooms, they otherwise have free reign of the house as cats are wont to do! (we try to keep them out of the kitchen, which works as long as humans aren’t around) They are all friendly and (mostly) behaved.

Looking for housemates who want a home away from home. Previous housemates have generally been with us for many years (and may still visit on occasion). We frequently had meals, traveled, had game nights, and watched movies together. We are open to international students as we have traveled a lot ourselves. Minimum rental period is 6 months.

This is a single-family home with driveway parking. You will have your own parking space on the property. It is about a 5-minute walk to the 401/402 Fairfax Connector which goes to Springfield and Dunn Loring Metros. It is a short bus ride or drive to Express buses going to the Pentagon and buses going to NVCC & George Mason Fairfax Campus. A first-floor living room is shared by the housemates. Owners’ room is on the second floor. Full laundry room is in the walk-out basement. The house sits on ½ acre of land, so plenty of space. Extra storage available for a fee.

- 1st Floor Master Bedroom – approximately 11’4”x11’3” bedroom with a private bathroom that has a shower. $850/mo (one person)
