✨ Room for Rent in Warm, Pet-Friendly Home – Available March 1st✨ We’re looking for a new roommate (preferably female) to join our cozy and welcoming home in Ontario! 🏡 About the House: • 2-story home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms • You’ll be sharing a bathroom with our other roommate, Gloria and Alexis • Full access to the house: kitchen, living room, laundry, garage, etc. • Additional fridge space in the garage • Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to stores and major streets 👥 About Us: • I live here with my girlfriend (we share the master bedroom) my mother is the landlord• Gloria and Alexis occupy the other rooms • We’re friendly, communicative, and love to keep a peaceful, respectful environment • We’re looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and enjoys a homey vibe • We all cook for each other, split groceries (optional), and clean together 🐾 Important Notes: • We already have pets and aren’t looking to add any more pets at this time
→ might consider a small pet that stays in room like a cat or a fish • We deep clean every 2-3 weeks and rotate weekly chores—this is a must for us and non negotiable as it is a whole house to care for. 💰 Rent Details: • Rent and Utilities combined is $800/mo, Deposit of $1600 (first and last) • Move-in date: (March 1st) landlord is looking for at least a year lease If you’re interested or know someone who might be a good fit, feel free to message me!
