2nd floor 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment. Looking for a roommate very close to Tacoma Mall. Room has a double sliding door closet, large window with a view of Rainier through the trees. Ceiling fan. Carpet. Next to bathroom. Common area has couches/chairs/hammock/tv/coffee table/nice speaker setup. Distant view of Olympics. Espresso machine. Air fryer. Microwave. Oven. Fridge. Dishwasher. Balcony has a couple chairs, table, and outside plants. Hi, my name is Brett Pylipow and I am a part time student at UWT. I have two cats (Peace and Tephra) and recently got out of a relationship and would like a new roommate. I have a Costco membership, am respectful, accepting, communicate well, and am clean.
