I (37 year old male) am looking to fill an open room in my 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home in Eastside Costa Mesa, available April 1st (possibly a little sooner). Open to male and/or female roommate. One other adult male will also be moving in April 1st. The available room is $1275 per month plus utilities. It is approximately 11x11 feet and shares a bathroom with one other roommate. There is a lot of storage in the house and extra storage in the garage. Other info about the home:
- standalone home on corner plot
- fenced in back yard
- landscaper / gardener every other week
- shared driveway access and garage use (for storage)
- in-house washer and dryer
- spacious living room and kitchen
- great natural light through the whole house
- TWO full-sized refrigerators in the home
- new windows and freshly painted exterior
- security cameras
- a lot of rugs in the house because I have a senior dog who needs them for traction
- 1/3 utilities split
- easy walking distance to the Triangle, Mother's Market, and other grocery stores, restaurants, and gyms
- quiet and friendly neighbors Roommate dealbreakers: if any of these apply to you, please do not inquire
- smoking or drug use
- non-standard work / lifestyle schedule (I work a normal 9-5 and my lifestyle reflects it)
- lots of visitors
- messy / dirty / noisy / not willing to split house responsibilities evenly
- not okay with a dog in the house
