Quality tenants wanted

Being a landlord is my side hustle and my 2nd income so I take it seriously. I vet my tenants through backgrounds, credit checks and criminal history. Looking for two more tenant. Rooms are currently available. House has full gym, washer/dryer access upstairs, full loft, indoor sauna and soon a completed backyard with pergola (coming summer 2026). Rent is -hundred and fifty dollars for the smaller room. Room with walk-in closet is -hundred. Deposit is one months rent (i can be flexible on this). Respectful, serious tenants only please. Twenty-one years of age and over only. Males or females welcomed. The house has largely been a Co-ed house but currently myself and one other male occupying. He has his own bathroom to himself.
One of the rooms is furnished. The other is emptyy
