Hello! My name is Troy (32) and my husband Maicol (31) and I are relocating from LA to San Francisco tomorrow. We’re looking for an immediate month-to-month room. I’m a master hairstylist of 12 years and he works in restaurant management. We’re a quiet, ambitious couple focused on building our careers and our life together. No drinking, no partying — just work, goals, and peaceful living. We truly respect communal living, are extremely clean, and are very mindful of shared spaces. We’re comfortable in shared homes and simply need a private bedroom. We also have a highly trained service dog named Niko. He is extremely well behaved — he respects personal space, doesn’t bark, stays put, doesn’t jump on furniture, and is bathed weekly to minimize shedding. He is always either with me or kept in our bedroom with the door closed. He is properly licensed and I have documentation from my doctor — he’s completely legitimate.
