My spare bedroom is up for rent, preferably to a student. Lease ends in August; so it’s perfect for students not ready to settle in a year long lease. Willing to lease together at a new complex if it’s suitable.
Listing includes utilities, WiFi, BGE, and rent. I can show you my expenses in BGE +Wifi, and utilities to help alleviate some concerns! I’m very CLEAN, I do weekly cleanings throughout the week. Sorry my spare is used as storage right now/game room. Move in fee is based on apartment complex, so your name will be on the lease! I have a clean rental history, so even if you depart your name will show a history of on time payments. Not marijuana friendly, no exceptions!
