Hi, my name is Alan. I am a 40-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Bellingham. The monthly rent is $925 and the room is available immediately. The available bedroom room is the same size as the master bedroom, roughly 18x12. It includes access to a full bathroom with makeup room and walk-in closet. It also has a set of patio doors. This lease is already midway through, and this is for a formal lease-take-over. The opposite room is occupied by a cis-male (me, 40) and a cis-female (32). The $1150 rent includes expected bills. Actual rent is $925, with about $200 per month bills. Shared area (pictured above) is a large rectangle, about equal to the length of the bedroom + ensuite area. There is furniture currently in the room that the current tenant may be willing to sell or discuss leaving behind, if that is desired. Room is immediately available, as the current tenant has moved in elsewhere.
