Also close to the most popular clubs and lounges The apartment comes with vour own bathroom and vour own balcony The place has central air and laundrv downstairs. Parking is on the street and there's alwavs a parking spot available. And when I leave for the weekend you're more than welcome to use my parking spot. The room is partlv furnished. There is a bed in there with a mattress that's it. The house comes wifi ready Also. the landlord lives on the property and he's really nice.
