Looking for Roommate for Townhome

Hi there! Our previous roommate left in order to move in with their partner, so we're looking for a new roommate to join us at our wonderful little townhome. The room is available right now, and we're primarily looking for a woman or a non-binary person.

The townhome is located in a safe, quiet community with access to public transit, trails, and a large grassy outdoor area available to residents. Other features include a community pool, snow-shoveling service, a covered garage space, a spacious kitchen, air conditioning, and in-house laundry (no coins needed). The townhome has a first floor that's a common area, a finished basement, and bedrooms on the second floor. The room available shares a full bathroom (with a tub) with one of the other roommates. It faces south, so it gets a good amount of sunlight all year round.

Water and garbage are included in the rent, but other utilities such as gas, electricity, and internet are separate. Utilities are split evenly.

In terms of residents, there are currently three trans-women living in the home, including myself. We are generally very quiet and have company over only on occasion. Needless to say, we aren't a party house or anything like that. We are very weed-friendly, lgbtq-friendly, pagan-friendly, and pet-friendly. Pets especially become like a part of the family here, and we will spoil them rotten if you let us. To be up-front about politics, we do lean very liberal and would prefer a roommate of similar views.
