The house is heated in winter, and it’s only km) from the city of Guadalajara. I live in a very large and special house here in the village, and I’d like to share the space with someone who appreciates the peace and quiet of the mountains.

About the arrangement:
I’m not looking to rent the room for profit. I’m looking for someone to live with and who can simply contribute their proportional share of the household expenses (heating, electricity, water, and internet). The room itself has no monthly rental fee.
