Hi, we have a private room available with private bathroom in a 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms apartment located in an amazing complex in Brentwood (West LA) with Gym, gated resident garage, In-Suite Washer and Dryer, Central Heating and Air Conditioning, Patio and more.

Our roommate has to move out soon and we would like to find a replacement as soon as possible (March 1st earliest move-in date). We are two guys (young professionals working in entertainment) and would like to find someone who is clean, respectful and would easy to get along with.

The building is under the REAP program which means we are a % discounted rate on the rent. More info available.
