Hey Charlotte girlies! I have a furnished bedroom with a private bath available in my -bath home. It’s just me (, female) and my two goofy, high-energy dogs—a Samoyed and a German Shepherd/Husky mix. I work in pharmaceutical sales, mostly from home, but sometimes out on the road.

You’ll have access to a spacious yard and patio with a fire feature, a grill, and all the kitchen appliances you could dream of—two espresso machines, a Bartesian, air fryer, and more. There’s a separate media room upstairs with a couch and tv and office you are welcome to use, plus a cute library reading nook. There’s a gym setup in the garage with a Peleton treadmill, stationary bike, and weights. There is a GE washer/dryer combo and a samsung refrigerator with filtered water and nugget ice. Parking? No problem—one driveway spot plus street parking! Area is Wesley Heights in Charlotte.


Rent is $/month, all utilities and Wi-Fi included. I’m looking for a female roommate, ideally for a short-term or flexible arrangement—still figuring out plans for the year. If you love a cozy, active home (and dogs!), let me know!
