Hello! I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment with. Private room to rent is furnished (dresser, night stands and bed). Large closet. Private large bathroom with shower/tub. Shared common areas, living room and kitchen, are fully furnished and stocked Bonus: Nice Fenced patio
About me:I’m a chill guy who works from pm (Sat.-Wed.) with occasional extra shifts. I enjoy sports, gaming, concerts and the outdoors. I have a friendly & playful small pup, Nellie, who is a big part of my life. So hopefully you are a dog person & you will enjoy having a pup around.
What I am looking for:
-A roommate who has a good standard of cleanliness and respect for shared spaces.Open communication and mutual respect are important to me. Must pay rent on time. Responsible person required.I work days and am ideally looking for a roommate on swing or night shift so we’re on opposite schedules. (But not a deal breaker).

-Located in the north end of Lake City Way and th Street.
-Rent total is $ split. Private Room and private bath is $./mo.
-Utilities of Electric, water, garbage and will be split .
-$ application fee required for rental lease.
-Parking spots are available for $/mo. Your option, your responsibility.
-Apartment is on the ground floor and a corner spot with only 1 neighbor on the boarding walls.
-Laundry room is convenient, just one door away.
- Convenient access to bus routes in all directions, located one block from the apartment.
- Your room is feet +, with large closet feet, Comes furnished with large dresser, nightstands and bed. (this can be negotiated)
