Location highlights include being on the bus line, minutes from Publix and Kroger, about fifteen minutes to the Decatur bus station by car, and roughly twenty minutes to downtown.

House expectations are simple: cleanliness is non-negotiable. No smoking inside, no drugs, no pets, no drama, and no excessive company or noise. Utilities are included unless usage becomes excessive.

Amenities include washer and dryer, private parking, security cameras, a treadmill, and power, water, and internet.
