I’m looking for someone to sublet my room at Depot Apartments in Akron.
This is a private single unit in a shared apartment with 3 other guys. Each resident has:
Private bedroom
Private bathroom
Walk-in closet
The apartment has a shared common space (kitchen & living room) and is pre-furnished.
Move-in: February or March
Lease end date: July
Rent: Around $/month, including utilities and parking
Building amenities:
Outdoor pool
Nice gym
Arcade / game room
Location: Very close to the University of Akron — less than a 5-minute walk to main campus.
Pets: Allowed for an additional fee.
Great setup for a UA student or young professional.
