I’m a seasonal golf worker and I split my time between Florida and New York.
I’m looking for a room in NYC from April to December, with a move-in date around April .

I work full time, have a stable routine, and I’m clean, responsible, and respectful.
I don’t smoke or drink and I prefer a quiet and peaceful home.

I’m currently working in Florida and will relocate to New York in mid-April.
