The room is partially furnished; it has a dresser, nightstand, cedar chest, and small to each stand. It has a large closet. There is central air, central vacuum, gas fireplace in the living room, two parking stalls in the back of the unit. The backyard has a cement patio and a small grass area and is enclosed with a fence.
Within walking distance to Walmart, Clarview rec center, grocery stores, and some small box stores. Close to bus stops and the LRT station. Takes approx minutes to access the Anthony Henday.
It takes about minutes to access Manning Crossing, where you can shop, eat, and relax at a movie before heading home. This is to be the area for the new Costco opening later this year.
