This condo features an amazing kitchen with a dish washer, microwave and refrigerator. It has lots of space for storage and other kitchen appliances according to preference. The living room comes with an amazing reclining couch, lots of space, and a dining area with three chairs already furnished. The 2 bedrooms are completely empty; no furniture, and great for a family unit. The bathroom is very comfortable and has enough space to share between two people and children if children are present. The unit comes with amenities like a community pool down the street, a community washer/dryer right below the unit, WiFi and water paid for by the HOA. The garage is being occupied by a neighbor but if necessary things can be negotiated. The trash disposal is outside the complex down the driveway, and parking is easily accessible, consisting of resident and guest parking to the left of initial resident parking spot. The unit is also very close to the highway i.e. the Winter gardens exit making commute super efficient.
