Room Available in Kendall Square Loft – April 1st Move-In (Flexible to March 1st)


Hey everyone! My current roommate is moving out on April 1st, so I’m looking for someone new to take his spot in our loft apartment in Kendall Square, Cambridge.

About the apartment:

• Loft-style layout with an open living room and kitchen on the main floor

• Bathroom + my bedroom are up one set of stairs

• Your bedroom is up a few more stairs. Photos attached. The room will be unfurnished when you arrive

• Common areas (living room & kitchen) are furnished. Photos attached

• Just a -minute walk to the Red Line Kendall/MIT stop – super convenient for commuting!

Rent: Current rent is $/month not including utilities (wifi + electricity usually adds dollars more). The landlord has proposed an increase to $/month , but I’m actively negotiating and expect the final rent to be lower once a roommate is secured.


About me:
I’m , working full-time, and pretty chill. Looking for a guy around my age who's respectful, easy going, and cleans up after themselves. Just a good, decent roommate to share the space with.

Move-in date: April 1st. My current roommate is flexible with an earlier move in if need be. You would sign an month lease.

Location: Kendall Square – close to public transport, food, and tech hubs
