Well maintained building, very clean. They just upgraded elevators, windows and balconies and are very quick to fix any problems.

Neighbours are pretty relaxed, few children.

Hoping to find someone respectful and easy going. We share the whole apt so you are welcome to cook, lots of gear! Have friends over or chill and watch TV or game...or do nothing.

Close to Major Malls, very close to Grocery stores, FInch Express Bus and if you drive. Furnished or unfurnished.
