Hi! I’m looking for a roommate, preferably a girl, to share my lovely home in Ethelton. The room is fully furnished, comfortable, and ready from the beginning of February.

A bit about the place:
• $ + bills
• Just 1 km from Semaphore Beach 🌊
• Lots of nearby walking spots 🚶‍♀️
• Only m to Port Adelaide
• Right in front of the train station 🚆

I work most of the time, so you’ll mostly have the place to yourself. Must love dogs 🐕. I’d be happy to meet you, show you the house, and chat about moving in!
