You’ll have the spacious primary bedroom, complete with a private ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. A dedicated parking space in the attached garage is included.

The condo is sq ft and surrounded by green space, giving it a quiet, open feel. The main living area overlooks greenery to the east, and there’s a small deck off the dining area for fresh air and morning coffee. I’ll be using the smaller second bedroom. The third bedroom can become a shared office, workout space, or flex room depending on your preference.

The kitchen is fully furnished and well-equipped, and laundry is conveniently located just off the dining area.

About the Live-In Owner

I’m an engineer at Baxter and use this condo as a second home. I’m typically in the Chicago area about three days a week, plus the occasional weekend. My primary residence is in Michigan.

My workdays tend to run long, often followed by after-work weightlifting sessions. In warmer weather, I also train in track-and-field throwing events (shot put, discus, and javelin), so I’m often home later in the evenings. When I am home, I’m neat, orderly, and enjoy cooking from scratch.

I have broad interests and hobbies:
-Music tastes range from alt, funk, and punk to old-school country
-Favorite movies include In Bruges, The Usual Suspects, and Tucker and Dale vs. Evil
-Board games and tabletop games like Settlers of Catan, D&D, and Scythe
-DIY projects for home and auto

I’ve been happily married for over years and have adult children. My wife may occasionally join me for a weekend visit; she’s genuinely wonderful and low-key.

I’ll occasionally enjoy a cigar or pipe with a good whiskey, but never indoors. I’m a practicing Catholic, attend Mass every Sunday, and occasionally during the week.
