Room for rent near downtown

( my insta-calebterp, message me on there) Will be renting out one room that is in a shared house with 1 other guy (myself) looking for someone that is college age or a little older (). Bed is a full bed with a adjustable air mattress. Lease starts at 6 months and after that is a month to month basis or whatever we agree on. All spaces in house are shared. The backyard has been updated and includes a patio with couches and TV and fire pit. I also have a very personable cat. mins away from Bob Jones and Furman uni so a perfect location for someone that doesn't want to live on campus.
