My name is Chris, I am a working professional who maintains a primary residence in Kentucky and will be in the area for work. I keep a busy schedule and place a high value on a quiet, private living environment. I’m looking to rent beginning February 1st and would appreciate the opportunity view the place in advance of renting. Ideally, I’m seeking either a month-to-month arrangement or a 6-month lease term, if available.
