Looking for a third roommate to share a spacious -bath apt, in Eastside Costa Mesa off Seventeenth and Santa Ana Ave, minutes from the beach. No crazy weird rules or anything, just want someone clean, respectful, and responsible.

• 📅 Move-In: February Fourteenth

All common spaces are fully furnished. Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Area, Bartop, massive Deck/Balcony.

Lots of street parking (we also park in front of our garage)
Tons of walkable places on Seventeenth (we’re across the street from Sidecar Donuts)
Central A/C & Heating

I have a sweet lab named Remy so must be okay with dogs. 😊

About Us:
We’re one male & female in our mid-’s, both professionals working full-time. We’re both tidy, easygoing, respectful, and like to go out sometimes (farmer’s markets, dog park, beach, food spots, bars, pilates etc)
We keep all common areas clean and we have a house cleaning lady that comes every other month for a deep cleaning.
