ISO female roommate for a street-side room with windows, natural light, and closet with overhead storage space. The room is the biggest in the apartment and can fit a queen size bed with a desk, or a twin or full with space to spare. The apartment is a true BA and a large already furnished open kitchen and living room space. We're in a 5th floor walkup (top aka no upstairs neighbors!) on a tree-lined street. ConEd and Spectrum utils are an additional cost. Looking for long-term renters only.
